GM728 is a single-component, UV-cured, acrylate adhesive. The product is designed for PCB circuit board, glass, metal and various plastic surfaces. After the covered material surface with moisture, insulation, dust, corona and other functions. Typical applications are PCB circuit board, solar panels, and other industries.
Product characteristics
- Extensive bonding materials, to a variety of circuit board substrate, plastic, glass, metal and other materials have a very high adhesion
- The glue surface curing (surface drying) is fast, and the high power ultraviolet lamp can quickly achieve the surface debonding effect
- The flexibility formula can coat soft circuit boards and soft plastics
- Low viscosity, permeability, and can be applied to mechanical spraying
- Motion-proof, high temperature resistance, high humidity, ultraviolet resistance, the product performance in harsh environment
