Silicon gel is a special silicone rubber, which is divided into A and B components, mixed in 1:1 ratio and then cured. Before solidification, it is a liquid, and after solidification, it becomes a sticky, soft and elastic object on the surface. It is widely used in circuit board sealing, filter slot sealing, smart water meter sealing, and internal component sealing of difficult to stick plastic shells

JOMS5230(25#)A/Bis a two-component silicone thermal conductive potting compound. When mixed, it exhibits excellent flowability with adjustable curing time based on temperature. At room temperature, it achieves deep curing and is suitable for potting protection of various heat-dissipating components. The product fully complies with EU ROHS regulations and SVHC REACH requirements. Key characteristics include:
