Product Description

UV glue, also known as shadowless glue, is a type of adhesive that is cured by specific wavelengths of light. UV glue triggers monomer polymerization and cross-linking chemical reactions under the action of photoinitiators, causing the adhesive to transform from liquid to solid within seconds. This curing process is not only fast, but also has high transparency and can be made into different refractive indices. UV glue is widely used in optical lenses, plastic film materials, electronics, medical, optical instruments, optical communication industries, etc. due to its high efficiency and environmental friendliness.


Product Introduction
GM9687 is a pressure-curing acrylic epoxy resin specifically designed for optical component bonding. The resin undergoes UV curing pre-treatment followed by heat curing to achieve excellent adhesion, thermal shock resistance, and low shrinkage. Recognized for its exceptional performance and reliability, this material has been widely adopted in various applications including smartphone lens assembly, automotive camera lens assembly, and sensor integration.
Product features
1. This product can be applied in the filling of electronic components and can be used for dispensing equipment. 2. The resin can produce good bonding characteristics on glass, metal and ITO. 3. The resin is also suitable for the joint of LCP525, PC (GF), FR4 substrates
4. The product has low water vapor permeability.
5. This product can effectively resist water vapor after hardening.
6. The resin can maintain high strength after environmental accelerated test. 7. The resin is a solvent-free and low-pollution epoxy resin.
8. This product complies with 2011/65/EU RoHS regulations.
9. This product is in line with chlorine <900ppm, bromine <900ppm, chlorine + bromine <1500ppm
