Product Description

Thermal conductive silicone grease is a high thermal conductivity insulating organic silicon material, which is mainly made of organic silicone and added with materials with excellent heat resistance and thermal conductivity to form a thermal conductive organic silicone grease like composite. It is mainly used for heat conduction and dissipation of electronic components such as power amplifiers, transistors, electronic tubes, CPUs, etc., to ensure stable electrical performance of electronic instruments, meters, etc. Thermal conductive silicone grease can maintain normal operation at temperatures of -45~200 ºC, with excellent thermal conductivity, low oil separation, high and low temperature resistance, water resistance, superoxide resistance, and weather aging resistance.
