Product Description

Silicon gel is a special silicone rubber, which is divided into A and B components, mixed in 1:1 ratio and then cured. Before solidification, it is a liquid, and after solidification, it becomes a sticky, soft and elastic object on the surface. It is widely used in circuit board sealing, filter slot sealing, smart water meter sealing, and internal component sealing of difficult to stick plastic shells

These  products  are  supplied  in  a 1to 1 mix ratio, which is veryrobust in manufacturingenvironments and allows     forsome     process     and dispenseequipment    variation.    In mostcases de-airing is not required.
PREPARING SURFACES
In          applications          requiring adhesion,priming  will  be  required for        manyof        the        silicone encapsulants.  Forbest  results,  the primer should beapplied in a very thin, uniformcoating and then wiped off         afterapplication.         After application,  itshould  be thoroughly cured   prior   toapplication   of   the siliconeelastomer.            Additional instructionsfor primer usage can be found    inthe    information    sheets specific tothe individual primers.
