Single component silicone has excellent aging resistance, moisture resistance, electrical insulation, and arc resistance, as well as excellent flame retardancy. It has good fluidity, short surface drying time, is suitable for rapid production bonding, and has strong adhesion to most metal and non-metal materials. Environmentally friendly, non-toxic, non corrosive, easy and safe to use, and with good storage stability, it can last up to 12 months.

JOMS 5919 is a moisture-curing neutral de-alcohol silicone adhesive formulated with specialized thermal conductive materials. Upon curing, it forms a flexible rubber-like substance that fully complies with EU ROHS regulations. The curing process releases alcohol compounds, which are non-corrosive to polycarbonate (PC), copper, and other materials. It demonstrates excellent adhesion and sealing performance for most materials, ensuring stable protection for electronic devices under harsh conditions.
