It has no corrosive effect on electrical components and has good adhesion to metals such as steel, aluminum, copper, tin, as well as materials such as rubber, plastic, and wood. Transparent polyurethane sealant is used in situations that require transparent protection, such as sealing and protecting electronic components. It can provide excellent protection while maintaining transparency, making it easy to observe and detect the working status of electronic components.

JOMP 410 Polyurethane potting adhesive is a polyurethane material that can be cured at room temperature or heated. This two-component polyurethane has excellent insulation and moisture-proof performance, suitable for electronic packaging and sealing.
JOMP 410Polyurethane potting compound can cure without heating. After thoroughly mixing the A component and B component in a 100:50 (by weight) ratio, the product cures within a certain period of time to form a protective layer. The cured compound has the following characteristics: resistance to moisture, contaminants, and other atmospheric components.
High transparency, yellowing resistance, flame retardant, good leveling, good shock resistance, high and low temperature no shrinkage, solvent-free moisture resistance,Insulation, with sealing and bonding double layer function.
Stable mechanical and electrical properties between -50 and 120ºC

(1) The operation time is tested with the amount of 100g of gel.
Take out components A and B in proportion, mix them uniformly by stirring, remove bubbles by vacuum, pour into the product to be filled during the operation period. If the product is too large,
it is recommended to fill it in several times, and then cure according to (80ºC/120 min or 25ºC/24 hours).
The product is recommended to be cured at 80ºC, and can reach initial curing within 1 hour.
Operating precautions
1. Material A and B are prone to absorb water and deteriorate. Try to use them up after opening. If they cannot be used up at one time, nitrogen should be filled in the barrel and sealed for protection
Or seal directly and use it up in a short period of time. It is recommended to evaluate the performance of the adhesive by mixing a small amount before reusing it to see if it is qualified.
2. When mixing A and B glue, attention should be paid to stirring in the same direction, otherwise too many bubbles will be mixed in; the glue on the edge and bottom of the container should also be mixed evenly, otherwise the local non-curing phenomenon caused by uneven stirring will occur.
3. Vacuuming the product again to remove bubbles can improve the comprehensive performance of the cured product.
4. Low temperature will lead to slow curing speed, heating can shorten the curing time. The curing process of this adhesive is an exothermic reaction, the amount of mixing will affect the operation time, so the operation time under 100g mixing is only a reference time.

Storage and transportation
